I review the legal form of THC called THC-O acetate! This is supposedly 300% stronger than normal THC!

This video articulates the gist of the following: THC acetate ester (THC-O-acetate, THC acetate, O-acetyl-Ξ9-THC, THC-O, ATHC) is the acetate ester of THC. In recent months, a synthetic compound derived from hemp called THC-O acetateβoften referred to simply as THC-O (pronounced βTHC ohβ)βhas quickly gained popularity among Americans who donβt have access to legal cannabis. THC-O products are increasingly popular in states where consumers donβt have access to legal cannabis. THC-Oβs appeal lies in its potency and its legal status. Research has found that itβs roughly three times stronger than conventional THC. It has been called βthe psychedelic cannabinoidβ for its borderline hallucinatory effects. Because itβs derived from federally legal hemp, THC-O products are becoming increasingly popular in the states where consumers donβt have access to legal, state-licensed delta-9 THC products. And now that delta-8 THC, its trendy cousin, has been outlawed in some states across the country and flagged by the DEA, THC-Oβs star may rise even faster. While THC-O products like vape carts and tinctures are available for purchase online, both their legal status and their safety remain unproven. What is THC-O? Although many of us only recently heard about THC-O, the US military began studying its effects as long ago as 1949; they observed it eroded dogsβ muscle coordination twice as much as conventional delta-9 THC. As with products containing delta-8 THC and delta-10 THC, products with THC-O exist in the marginal legal space between hemp (which is legal nationwide) and cannabis (which is not). State regulators and legislators are currently playing whack-a-mole with the growing number of hemp-derived compounds, banning novel compounds only to see new derivatives take their place. THC-Oβs full name is THC-O acetate, and the earliest research we have on it dates back to American military experiments on non-lethal incapacitating agents in the 1940s. Researchers tested the compound on dogs. At the end of the experiment, the dogs had lost significant control of their motor function. To derive THC-O from hemp, first CBD is converted to delta-8 or a similar THC modification. But it goes one step further. By adding Acetic Anhydride to the mix, it becomes an acetateβspecifically, THC-O. What does THC-O feel like? How is it different from delta-8, -9, and -10? Delta-8 and delta-10 are both milder, and generally less intoxicating, than traditional delta-9 THC. Delta-8 is known for more sedative effects, while delta-10 has a reputation for a more active, sativa-like high. THC-O is significantly stronger than not only delta-8 and -10, but also regular THC. Some consumers have reported a more spiritual high with strong effects that can even border on hallucinogenic. Like any drug, effects and tolerance are going to vary from person to person. THC-O acetate, or THC-O, is a synthetic analog (or chemical twin) of THC. That means that although THC-O is indeed a cannabinoid, itβs not naturally occurring and can only be safely manufactured via contemporary cannabis tech. THC-O is derived from federally legal hemp and contains no delta-9 THC. THC-Oβs potency and chemical composition, however, do suggest an uncertain future. THC-O, though derived from hemp, is technically analogous to a Schedule I drug (cannabis), and could arguably be a Schedule I drug itself based on the 1986 Federal Analogue Act. As long as its supply chain can be traced back to federally legal hemp, though, THC-O exists in enough of a gray area to slip under the regulatory radar, for now anyway. THC-O (Tetrahydrocannabinol-O-Acetate or ATHC), one of the most dynamic cannabinoids on the market, causing a buzz in the industry. THC-O is known for its efficacious intoxication; it lassos both the CB1 and CB2 receptors. THC-O helps with pain relief, anxiety, nausea, and stress. THC-O or THC-O acetate is a cannabinoid derived from hemp that has created quite the buzz across the industry or states that have yet to legalize. THC-O is gaining ground with those who have a profound love of psychedelics. THC-O is considered to be three times as potent as your traditional (delta-9) marijuana. Itβs more psychoactive than delta-8, delta-9, and delta-10. THC-O (tetrahydrocannabinol-O-Acetate) is an analog of delta-8, a natural extract derived from hemp and CBD.
