Stocks continued their week long strong rally today lead by small caps, beaten down stocks and high yielding stocks on the back of the Fed press conference yesterday where Jay Powell tried to sound hawkish, however the market is calling his bluff that he’s on hold, and we’ve seen the top in short term rates. Contrasting that, we’ve just got earnings out from Apple $AAPL which came with a weaker outlook and on some key metrics than expected, shares are trading down 3% after hours, but will that hold into tomorrow’s opening and with the monthly Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP report.
