๐ Bananas: Rich in potassium, vitamin C, and B vitamins for heart health and energy. ๐
๐ฅ Eggs: High-quality protein, essential amino acids, and choline for brain function. ๐ฅ
๐ฟ Hemp Hearts: Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, protein, and iron for a healthy heart and immune system. ๐ฟ
๐ Raspberries: Loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber for a strong immune system and gut health. ๐
๐พ Whole Buckwheat Flour: A gluten-free source of fiber, magnesium, and essential minerals. ๐พ
๐ฑ Ground Flax Seeds: Omega-3 fatty acids, lignans, and fiber for heart health and digestion. ๐ฑ

2 eggs
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1 tbs ground flax seeds
1/4 cup whole buckwheat flour
3 tbs chopped walnuts

1 tbs coconut oil for pan
โข Mash bananas with eggs
โข Add dry ingredients
โข Use a tablespoon to ration out pancakes on heated pan with coconut oil
