I am a board-certified dermatologist who practices integrative medicine some of the foods I eat for healthy skin, hair and nails
are blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Berries are high in antioxidants, which can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.I like to incorporate Avocados and nuts into my meals as they are rich in vitamin E and healthy fats, which can help nourish and protect the skin.
