I’m making this episode because I don’t want you to make the same anxiety disorder recovery mistakes as I did. These mistakes range from the mental, to the behavioural, to the verbal, and even to the imaginative sides of healing.
Today is the day you must re-start your anxiety disorder recovery journey.
Reason being, in the beginning we have the sense that we are powerless to guide ourselves to better overall mental health. We have a sense that the answers are all on the outside, within someone or something else. Re-starting this journey demands the proper mindset and a sense of deep responsibility for your anxiety.
This journey towards anxiety disorder recovery means to go beyond who you believe you are. This takes trust in the idea that you can create your own identity rather than live by the rules that others have set for you.
Beyond the ideas you entertain the most on a daily basis lies true inner peace.
Making peace with peace is certainly an effort that takes us out of our comfort zones.
What leads to an anxiety disorder recovery comes down to an inner belief that life can be effortless. Effortless in the sense that your inner thoughts and emotions no longer need to be struggled with. Also, effortless in the sense that the people and situations you encounter on the outside don’t have to cause you further overthinking.
Life is a journey, and we get to decide how we go about that journey. It’s time too take power back from an emotional state that is in line with an artificial outlook over ourselves. These inner limits will be overcome starting today, and your anxiety disorder recovery will begin as a result.
