A brother has been left “broken beyond words” after a woman was found stabbed to death yesterday morning.
Police said Shannon Stanley, 27, died after being found with stab wounds at a flat in Small Heath, Birmingham.
West Midlands Police were called to the flat shortly after midnight on Tuesday where they found Shannon Stanely, 27, with stab wounds.
Police say she died at the scene as specialist officers are supporting her family.
Pals have started a GoFundMe page to help raise money for her funeral.
Tara Elizabeth, who set up the page, described Shannon as having a “heart so big it could swallow the whole world” and a “warrior in life”.
27 year old man who was found at a property near the scene of the crime has been arrested on suspicion of murder and currently remains in police custody.
