I had everything checked, my brain was healthy, but it was foggy.
Here’s a list of complaints anxiety sufferers have surrounding brain fog anxiety:
- Feeling spaced out, like living in a bubble
- Short term memory loss
- An inability to concentrate on one thing
- Always frantic and needing something to do
- Dizzy, like swaying on a boat, off balance
- A disconnection from the outside world
If any of these sound familiar to you, understand that this symptom like all the others caused by anxiety can be healed. Many times it doesn’t feel that way and we get to a point where we convince ourselves that something physical must be wrong with us (Health Anxiety YouTube video that will help). But the truth is that every physical complaint has an emotional root to it, a cause that leads to an effect, the physical discomfort.
Brain fog anxiety is no different, stagnant energy stuck in the head area from overthinking, a lack of self care, and past trauma replaying itself over and over in the present.
