3 Rounds of Kapalbhati and Ujjayi Khumbak will help detox the liver, kidneys, and internal organs. this method helps increase immune strength, increase lung capacity, clear sinus, and sharpens your senses. Do this 3 rounds and take your miracle plan juice: celery juice_1/2 lemon or lime with 1 big glass of pure water, blend them together, and after doing this session and check how you improve the quality of health and wellbeing. you can do this breathing early morning after you wake up and can also do in the evening (but have 3 hours gap after lunch).
