1. One Pan Honey-Mustard Salmon
This is where convenience meets indulgence. I love the tender salmon coated in a delicious honey mustard marinade paired with hormone-loving broccoli florets, all roasted to perfection in one pan. Simple, delicious and perfect for a busy weeknight!
2. One Pan Paprika Chicken & Rice
This is another one of my favourite spicy rescues for any busy night. Paprika chicken with fluffy rice is the kind of hearty, no-fuss meal that is an absolute fiesta of flavour, combining tender chicken, sweet paprika and a kick of chilli. Try this one as soon as possible.
3. One Pan Creamy Salmon Risoni
This creamy pasta dish is the definition of comfort food, whilst also being super nutritious. When cooked, risoni has a risotto-like texture. We’ve paired it with salmon for those omega fats, lemon, green veggies, capers and a dash of cream cheese. The best part? Only one dish needed! For a vegetarian option, simply omit the salmon.
4. One Pan Veggie-Packed Chilli Con Carne
I’ve jam-packed this chilli with 6 different vegetables. It’s also budget friendly and perfect for meal prep. What more could you want?
5. One Pan Mexican Loaded Cauliflower
This dish is the perfect balance of cheesy and tangy! An absolute vegetarian dream packed with warm and smoky flavours, roasted cauli florets, and a generous layer of melty mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
6. One Pan Pumpkin & Lentil Soup
Simple to make and so rich in flavour, this soup is my go-to for a satisfying dinner to warm me from the inside out! I love the blend between the sweet richness of pumpkin alongside the hearty depth of red lentils. Top with a sprinkle of dukkah and serve with crusty sourdough.
Another one that’s been on my rotation non-stop! This one pan wonder stars a mouthwatering blend of honey and soy that soaks into the tender chicken thighs, crisp carrots and broccoli to punctuate each bite with sweet and savoury. I love to sprinkle in chilli slices and spring onion for an extra dimension of flavour.
