If youβre 45 years old, meditate for 45 minutes.
If youβre 5 years old, meditate for 5 minutes.
If youβre 70 years old, meditate for 70 minutes.
Whatever your age is, meditate for those many minutes. Give yourself 40 days of daily meditation to get the hang of it.
Anyone can do meditation anywhere & anytime. Meditation has to start from early days and itβs a myth that children canβt or donβt have to meditate.
In fact, Patriji says that meditation training should start from the womb and thatβs why every one should learn meditation.
