Mindfulness is about being aware of what you’re seeing, sensing and feeling in the moment, without analysis or judgements. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing in awareness, visualisation, being present in the moment to really be present and aware, relax the body and mind.

I have been a fitness instructor and cardio trainer for two decades. I have trained corporate tycoons, VCs, Homemakers, Doctors, Students and peopel from all walks of life and ethnicity in Silicon Valley, Singapore, India, Thailand, Bangladesh, Japan, France, Indonesia & Malaysia. I travel extensively to talk about sustainable wellness routines, healthy eating, fresh easy to cook meals, importance of wellness in ones daily life, right posture, and fun way to exercise so its not heavy on your pocket, time consuming or boring. Any of that and you will lose interest eventually.

To me, fitness is about feeling happy, destressed and joyful after a good routine. It must make you feel energised in the mind and body. You should feel like you broke a good sweat, had a great time and are ready to take on the next thing!
