Last week, the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Agency published a notice of proposed rulemaking to reclassify marijuana from a Schedule I drug to a Schedule III drug.
To begin to understand what rescheduling marijuana might mean for trucking, it’s important to know what the differences are between Schedule I and Schedule III drugs.
