Washington Today (6-17-24): Maryland Gov. Moore pardons over 175K low-level cannabis convictions



Gov. Wes Moore (D-MD) issues pardons for more than 175,000 marijuana convictions, calling it the most sweeping state level pardon in any state in American history and saying it is the start of remediating harm done in the past by the war on drugs, especially to minority communities.
