Equinox Hotel, Hudson Yards is one of the most extensive private real-estate developments in the US’s history. The limestone and glass skyscraper is the tallest building in the area. Moreover, it has two entrances; one for the hotel guests and the other for gym members.
The guest entrance opens a modest entryway designed with stone, wood, and an undulating metal wall. At its end are elevators where the attendants helpfully usher guests to the lobby on the 25th floor. Their sky lobby is also something to talk about. It’s an ultramodern space with black stone floors and designer sofas.
Every element here is gorgeous and luxurious. So much work has gone into the design to make this sanctuary quiet and calming. The designers carefully chose luxury materials like leather, resin, and stone to make the reception light and airy.
