Medical marijuana has been legal in Ohio since 2016, but not for everyone.

A new senate bill could expand medical marijuana use for more Ohioans. The main reasons some lawmakers are behind it is giving more access especially if it could help people with conditions such as autism, arthritis, chronic muscle spasms, terminal illnesses, and opioid use disorder.
