The DEA is still maintaining the extreme position that Hemp Derived CBD is a Schedule 1 Drug, despite the 2014 Farm Bill, Tens of Thousands of Scientific Papers, Literally everyone in the World’s opinion, tons of Patients, Doctors, and Industry Leaders. Their latest condescending message is like getting spit in the face for millions of people who just recently discovered the miracles of CBD.

Yet, they want to keep insisting it should be classified alongside of Heroin as a “Schedule 1”

SCHEDULE 1 (CLASS I) DRUGS are illegal because they have high abuse potential, no medical use, and severe safety concerns; for example, narcotics such as Heroin, LSD, and cocaine. Marijuana is also included as a Class 1 drug despite it being legal in some states and it being used as a medicinal drug in some states.
