Recipe for Kale and Cannellini bruschetta
1. 1 tbsp Nuvo’s Everyday Extra Virgin
2. 1 clove garlic..crushed and chopped
3. 2 cups kale. Add a little water if it’s too dry. Cook for 10 minutes until tender
4. Add salt to taste
5. Add pink peppercorn to taste
6. Add 1 cup Cannellini beans
7. Cook until beans warm through.
8. Slice a loaf of baguette and place on grill
9. Drizzle with Nuvo’s BSG
10. Place kale and Cannellini mix on toast.
12. Drizzle Nuvo’s BSG and Pomegranate Balsamic
