The Senate Appropriations Committee approves a report criticizing the arbitrary THC limits on Hemp!

”The Committee is concerned that the allowable amount of THC in hemp
may be arbitrary and pose a burden on hemp producers that is not
supported by scientific evidence. The Committee directs the USDA to
work with the Department of Health and Human Services and the DEA
to study and report to congress whether there is scientific basis for 0.3%
THC in hemp and to suggest alternative levels if necessary. ”
