Minda’s guests today are Marc Schechtman and Dr. Linda Strause. Marc is a Veteran of the US Air Force Reserves. Fifty years ago, he did his basic training at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas, then served as a Chaplain’s Assistant at Sewart AFB in Smyrna, TN, working in a church. And Linda is a professor of Human Nutrition at UCSD. She is also a clinical research professional with over 25 years of experience. She’s considered among the top in her field and had previously spent 15 years volunteering and working at San Diego Hospice.
