The people dealing with anxiety in today’s world can range from having it sabotage each aspects of their lives to seeing it as accompanying them towards the next chapter in their lives. Which type are you?
Anxiety is a very tricky thing to admit and to heal, until progress is being made that is. As we begin to see positive change within our inner worlds we begin recognizing what works and what doesn’t. When this happens we begin understanding the root causes of our anxiety and how to heal it at a subconscious and lasting level.
The People Dealing With Anxiety Today Have Either Succumbed To It Or Are More Curious Towards It.
Here are the 3 individual types I discuss in today’s podcast:
- Focused – They are aware but not alert, they understand the progression within the healing ladder system, they see old ideas, feelings, programs as practice opportunities as they begin to surface.
- Frantic – They are caught up (we’ve all been there), they haven’t differentiated between a feeling and what’s truly real for them, they are reactive and unconsciously revert back towards the addiction to suffering (this YouTube video explains).
- Collapsed – They have given up on the process, they are emotionally and physically depleted but continue to engage in acts that they know they should replace, they have a feeling of unworthiness towards healing, and they rarely if ever consider the opposing perspective to what their childhood beliefs say.
You are about to go deep into your own inner world and understand the fundamental patterns that keep you stuck. There are different types of people dealing with anxiety today, just make sure you are leading rather then being led by anxiety.
