The Populum CBD oil is available in three potencies: 250 mg, 500 mg, and 1000 mg. We reviewed the 500 mg bottle.
If you want a CBD oil to help you fall asleep more quickly, the Populum is a great option. The CBD and some of the other phytocannabinoids will have a sedative effect. You should be able to fall asleep with no real problems.
Do you wake up often during the night? If this is the case, the Populum hemp oil should work for you. Again, it can act as a sedative, so you shouldn’t be waking up so much at night.
The Populum is a full-spectrum hemp oil. It is not a CBD isolate and contains other beneficial compounds found in the hemp plant.
You can also rest easy because the Populum is third-party tested. That means scientists from outside the company tried out the Populum to make sure it is safe and effective.
However, the Populum is not FDA-approved. This is true of most CBD oils. If you want a sleep aid that has been approved by the FDA, there are plenty of options out there.
Also, I did feel a bit groggy in the morning after using the Populum. This was my first time using CBD oil, and I did have trouble focusing earlier in the day. I lessened my dose, however, and these issues seem to stop.
The Populum is very affordable for CBD oil. However, it does cost more than many other types of sleep supplements. Also, there are only three potency options, while other CBD oils offer five or six options.
