Jae Lee, chef and owner of Nowon in New York City’s East Village is doing Chef’s Night Out his own way: during the day and without booze. Jae’s alcohol-free journey has made major improvements to his lifestyle, but it hasn’t stopped any of his fun. He takes his friends through Chinatown for a scalp massage, visits a wine shop that sells only non-alcoholic drinks, and eats some of the best food lower Manhattan has to offer. Jae and his friends prove that the party doesn’t have to stop when you quit drinking.
