The original Bach Flower Remedies is a safe and natural alternative medicine. A method of healing discovered by Dr. Edward Bach from 1920 – 1930’s in England. Bach was a medical doctor and a homeopath, but left the practice of homeopathy since he felt it was too complicated for the average person. He wanted something that could to be available to everyone.

He therefore created the 38 remedies, each one working on a different part of us, treating the root of the problem and not the symptom. The remedies gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with wellness and the equilibrium of the being as a whole.

A simple holistic method that can be available in every home, which was one of the dreams of Dr. Bach. Not instead of other therapeutic modalities, but to give you the opportunity to work with yourself and aid in your own healing.
