Whole Body Health (with Cortney Whitebay, MA, RYT)

“No matter where you are right now, it’s a great place to start doing something that feels good for you.”

It’s a tale of two Co(u)rtneys! Today Courtney (Edwards) is joined by Cortney (Whitebay) to discuss the role metabolic healing plays in the ways we achieve greater wellbeing, work more effectively toward our goals, and enjoy a wide variety of other improved outcomes. Cortney draws from her training as a pre-med student and exercise physiologist (don’t worry, she explains what that is!) and her own explorations and professional development as a personal trainer, somatic business coach, and well-care advocate. By the end of this episode viewers are better educated about the human body and are equipped with practical tips to start inviting greater wellbeing into every day life through food, nutrition, and movement.

Cortney and Courtney also discuss their shared admirations for the scenic vistas of the Hudson Valley, the work of Brené Brown, and the uplifting scent of oranges!
