Aware to Advance – Importance of Mental Health



We take care of Physical Health.

It was taught to us in schools, through Physical Training (PT Class).

But sadly, there is hardly any School or College talking about Mental Health.

Because of less awareness, people go through many Mental challenges and don’t know how to resolve them or whom to reach.

Today’s Guest Suresh Adiga is a Health Wellness Mentor, and an Advocate for Mental Strength.

Suresh Adiga has been working in the IT industry for nearly 30 years.

He is passionate about people and developed his interest in understanding how the human brain works. He has been contributing to mental wellness advocacy within and outside his organization.

His contribution has been recognized and given an honorary doctorate from the Mahathma Gandhi University of Florida, USA.

He has conducted sessions at various locations and covered more than 1 lakh people by bringing awareness of wellness, especially mental wellness.

“Let us Talk” – under this key message he brings awareness and the importance of talking about wellness by avoiding the stigma associated with mental wellness in the current society.

He is the upcoming author of his book “Battling mind to Beautiful mind” by helping people to align the right direction for life.

Before someone says “rest in peace” his aim is to enable people to “live in peace”.
