MY DAILY YOGA AND PILATES ROUTINE:
* I wake up in the morning.
* I do cleansing enemas before doing my yoga and pilates.
* I do yoga and pilates for 15 to 30 minutes.

MY YOGA AND PILATES COMPRESSION CLOTHES:
* Ankle length: compression leggings.
* Ankle length: compression pants.
* Ankle length: compression tights.
* Long sleeve: compression shirts.
* Below the knee: compression socks.

MY YOGA AND PILATES EQUIPMENT:
* 1 Yoga mat (6 mm or 1/4 in thick minimum).
* 2 Bolsters or pillows.
* 4 Blocks.

NOTE:
* I do my cleansing enemas before doing my retention enemas and my essential oil suppositories.

MY CLEANSING ENEMAS:
* Frequency: daily or as needed.
* Enema kit: 1000 ml enema bag.
* Filtered water: 1000 ml.
* Temperature: 98° F to 99° F.
* Positions: (see MY ENEMA POSITIONS).
* Retention: retain 5 minutes or as directed.
* Repeat enema: as needed.

MY RETENTION ENEMAS:
* Frequency: daily or as needed.
* Enema kit: 250 ml enema syringe with a 16 in or 40 cm rectal tube attached. Follow directions.
* Filtered water: 150 ml to 250 ml.
* Organic: caffeinated coffee or herbal tea. Use the recommended dose.
* Brewing: French coffee press. Follow directions.
* Temperature: 98° F to 99° F.
* Positions: (see MY ENEMA POSITIONS).
* Retention: retain for recommended time or until fully absorbed.

* Frequency: daily or as needed.

* Organic extra virgin olive oil: 100 ml.
* Essential oil enema: therapeutic grade essential oil. Follow directions for dosing and usage. Essential oil is added to the organic extra virgin olive oil to make and essential oil enema.
* Temperature: 98° F to 99° F.

* Retention: retain until fully absorbed.
