🍌 Bananas: Rich in potassium, vitamin C, and B vitamins for heart health and energy. 🍌

🥚 Eggs: High-quality protein, essential amino acids, and choline for brain function. 🥚

🌿 Hemp Hearts: Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, protein, and iron for a healthy heart and immune system. 🌿

🍇 Raspberries: Loaded with antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber for a strong immune system and gut health. 🍇

🌾 Whole Buckwheat Flour: A gluten-free source of fiber, magnesium, and essential minerals. 🌾

🌱 Ground Flax Seeds: Omega-3 fatty acids, lignans, and fiber for heart health and digestion. 🌱

🌰 Walnuts: A great source of healthy fats, antioxidants, and minerals for brain health. 🌰

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1 tbs ground flax seeds
1/4 cup whole buckwheat flour
3 tbs chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1 tbs coconut oil for pan

• Mash bananas with eggs
• Add dry ingredients
• Use a tablespoon to ration out pancakes on heated pan with coconut oil
