A local company that did not win a state medical marijuana license claims the awarding process was deeply flawed, and it should’ve been one of the select few to be granted a license given the substantial investment and commitment to quality. Oscity CEO Ray French showed NBC 15 News that commitment during a guided tour Wednesday at the Foley plant, which is GMP certified. It’s a sign a product is manufactured utilizing industry best practices.
