This nutrient-packed fruity sensation is my latest gut-loving creation. It’s packed with live cultures, antioxidants and enzymes to support gut health, vaginal health and overall wellbeing.
To make it, I start by scooping out the seeds of a papaya (which contains the enzyme papain to aid with digestion!) and filling each half with a dollop of probiotic-rich Greek yoghurt plus a scoop of JSHealth Vanilla Bean Protein + Probiotics. Then, I top it with a gorgeous blend of raspberries, blueberries and passionfruit. For an extra boost of nutrients, sprinkle in hemp seeds, toasted coconut flakes and a hint of cinnamon.
This recipe is SO easy to make and it’s a great way to start the day or enjoy as a healthy snack. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Scoop the seeds out of the papaya.
In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt and protein powder, if using. Scoop the yoghurt into the papaya.
Top with the remaining ingredients and serve.
