This 60-minute session addresses local authority for regulation of cannabis products (both Lower-Potency Edibles and other legalized cannabis) through a public health lens. Speakers include League of Minnesota Cities staff, Association of Minnesota Counties, and Public Health Law Center. Speakers will explore the parameters of local regulation and how jurisdictions may be allowed to regulate to promote public health and limit youth exposure and access.
