Nearly eight weeks after it was wrongly seized by the NYPD, a Brooklyn business owner has his hemp back. The 106 pounds of legal hemp was in nine bags in an NYPD Long Island City property facility the entire time. Owner Oren Levy is not happy with the condition it’s now in. He said it smells moldy and cracking now.
