Representative Kulkarni has introduced the Kentucky Cannabis Freedom Coalition Cannabis Bills to be CONSIDERED by lawmakers.
House Bill 72 is the DECRIMINALIZATION BILL
House Bill 160 is the Constitutional Amendment
BOTH these bills had national media coverage last year but went ignored.
This is exactly how OHIO went legal last year.
