A dozen drug enforcement officers learn to identify the impact of marijuana on drivers



Beginning July 1, Marylanders will be allowed to possess 1 1/2 ounces of cannabis and officers are attempting to better identify impairment in potentially impaired drivers. However, blood and urine tests are currently the only tests that provide limited answers.
