African Diaspora and other Minority Health Issues @VirtualHealthFitness @AskDoctorPat

Let’s talk about African Diaspora health and the health of other minorities. Health disparities based on race and economic status are huge problems worldwide that can make a difference between life and death.

Not long ago, I had the pleasure of interviewing @AskDoctorPat on the @VirtualHealthFitness channel about the African Diaspora health and the health of minorities in general. I have known Dr. Patricia, for a very long time, and I admire her work and knowledge when it comes to health and wellness. Please read her bio on her page and stay tuned for the full interview and more related videos.

I have also worked with Dr. Pat before in providing health and wellness services to our community. I attained my Masters degree in Health Promotion Management from American University in Washington, DC. As a Health Promotion Professional, I have a passion for “Well Living” – living your best (purposeful) life and becoming your best version. I have organized health and wellness expos / fairs in the Washington, DC area, and provided health screenings and health education for hospitals and other healthcare organizations in the USA, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Namibia. I have also managed corporate, federal and commercial health, and wellness facilities and produced / directed health and wellness digital and physical products and services. I like to consider myself as a jack of all trades when it comes to health and wellness. I believe health and wellness are my life calling and purpose. I love people and want to play my role in inspiring and helping us all to live better and healthier lives.

Your health is your real wealth! Please prioritize it. We have all fallen off the (health) wagon from time to time, but the key thing is to not stay fallen. Get up and reset. Every day is a new day for a come back and a come up! 🙏🏿❤️
