Angie Miller, M.S., LCMHC, is a Mental Health Therapist, speaker, writer, and global fitness educator. Angie owns Angie Miller Fitness, LLC, and she is the founder of Emotional Motion, a boutique coaching program that helps women transform their physical and emotional health. She hosts a fitness and wellness podcast called Strong Mind Strong Body, and she is a Master Instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Angie’s rich experiences teaching Stress Management and Sports Psychology at Northern Illinois University, combined with her expertise as a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, personal trainer, and therapist inspire her work. She speaks at conferences throughout the United States and abroad on topics that include stress management, resilience training, exercise motivation, mindfulness, meditation, and positive behavior change.
