My aim is to make you the ‘Best Version’ of yourself by achieving your health and fitness goals through yoga.
I do this by designing personalized yoga sessions that are exclusively tailored to achieve your health and fitness goals. My clients include IT Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Marketers, Doctors, Politicians, Healthcare Professional, Business Owners, CEOs and Home Makers.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years. Interestingly, I was born on International Yoga Day (June 21) and was fascinated by yoga & yogis since childhood. I have learnt Classical Hatha Yoga and Meditation from some of the finest Yoga Gurus in the world.
I am a Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga) from Sivananda Ashram. I am trained by Swami Paramananda, one of the most popular yoga teachers in the United States. I am certified in QCI Level 2 and YCB Level 3 from Ministry of AYUSH (Government of India) and a Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance, USA.
As an International Certified Yoga Teacher, I design my yoga classes as per the requirements of the clients to quickly achieve their health goals in a holistic way.
As a Certified Yoga Therapist, I help people suffering from Lifestyle Diseases (like Hypertension, Heart Problems, Diabetes, Obesity, Stress, Asthma, Back Pain, Neck Pain, Knee Pain, Digestive Disorders, Menstrual Disorders, Sleep Disorders, Headache, Migraine, Anxiety, Depression, etc.) manage their health issues better thereby enabling them to lead a healthy life.
As a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, I help women to navigate the physically and emotionally challenging pregnancy period, minimize stress and anxiety for having a safe delivery and a healthy baby.
Apart from yoga, I love to travel, take long rides on Royal Enfield and read books. I have worked in the Investment Banking Industry for 7 years and authored a book titled ‘Barter to Bitcoin’. This book narrates the story of money and the workings of the global financial system.
