Bi-Partisan Support For The FDA To Regulate CBD In Food & Beverages, DEA & DHS Point Fingers



Reps. Kathleen Rice (D-NY), Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Angie Craig (D-MN), and Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) introduced a new bipartisan bill in Congress to require the Food and Drug Administration to regulate hemp-derived CBD foods and beverages.
