Cannabis Can Induce Schizophrenia and Violence? Alex Berenson on the Dangers of Weed

Alex Berenson is from the belly of the establishment beast. He was born in New York, went to Yale, and worked at The New York Times for a decade. He then left the NYT to become a full-time novelist after his fiction side hustle took off.

Then, a few years and multiple successful books later, he began to research cannabis. His wife was a forensic psychiatrist and told him about all of her patients who had smoked weed before their crimes. He began to investigate the relationship and eventually published the book “Tell Your Children,” which drew ire from both the pro-cannabis community and many science writers in the legacy media.

In his recent We The 66 interview (full interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HTD5Pe2bck&t=1652s), Berenson told Roca what the link is between cannabis, psychosis, and violence and shares what vices he thinks might become the next big problem.
