The mother of a 12-year-old boy arrived at Heathrow Airport this morning with a large supply of cannabis oil, which she openly declared to border officials.

She says it is the only thing keeping her son Billy alive, because it helps alleviate potentially fatal seizures brought on by his severe epilepsy.

The haul, brought over from Canada, was confiscated at customs – but she says she will keep on fighting for it no matter what.
