Cannabis use is extremely harmful to adolescent brain development. Development of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. are all significantly increased by cannabis use in young people. It also literally thins the grey matter and other important centers of the brain which are crucial to development and the ability to function later in life.
