► A couple who were prosecuted for growing cannabis in their home for medical purposes, have told 5 News they are not criminals.

Lesley and Mark Gibson use the drug to treat Lesley’s multiple sclerosis.

After police raided their home and charged them, prosecutors dropped the case, saying it was not in the public interest.
