The one thing I see with all my clients is that *stress* makes their pelvic symptoms worse. For today’s challenge, you’ll do a 2-minute “brain dump” (writing exercise) to reduce stress and pelvic floor pressure, followed by a FUN standing Barre workout to stretch, strengthen, and tone your body.

Let out the stress, and then bring in the *good energy* of a great exercise session!

Two notes for the all-level Barre routine:
1) You do NOT need a ballet barre. A countertop or a sturdy chair works just as well.
2) Tap the muscles that are working! Touch your muscles while you’re using them! Using touch and visualization when exercising helps connect your mind and body, and helps your muscles work better.
