Self myofascial release also known as foam rolling is extremely effective to break up sticky muscle fascia that is causing tension. Fascia is your connective tissue that surrounds the muscle and sometimes it can get really knotted up.  This keeps the muscle from being able to function properly. Creating tight or weak muscles. Foam rolling is a great way to break up that tissue and help your movement. Feel more like gliding. It’s a great addition to your self-care routine!
