Nina Hersher is CEO of the Digital Wellness Institute, author of the bestseller Your Playbook for Thriving in the Remote Work Era, and an internationally renowned speaker. A leading expert in Digital Wellness, Hersher holds a specialized MSW from Washington University in St. Louis in Digital Culture and Program Development. Hersher is also the co-founder of Digital Wellness Day, reaching over 7.5 million people across the globe in 2021. She runs Evolving in the Digital Age, a consulting firm dedicated to best practices in mental health in a fast-paced world, and holds additional credentials as an Oasis in the Overwhelm Facilitator, Teen Outreach Program Facilitator, and Meditation Teacher. Most recently, Hersher’s work was featured in publications including The Stanford Social Innovation Review, Al Jazeera, and Voice of America.

Dhruvin Patel: Dhruvin Patel is an optometrist and entrepreneur encouraging a healthier relationship with technology in the digital age. Since receiving a development grant from City University in London, he has built Ocushield into an internationally distributed, MHRA medically rated product and established himself as a leading authority on blue light, its impact on vision and quality of life. Dhruvin has been featured on Dragons’ Den, Forbes, The Guardian & USA Today – talking about eye health and blue light. With Ocushield, Dhruvin has helped sell over 200,000 + Ocushield products in 70 countries to protect consumers eyes. He was also named a finalist for Health Tech Founder of the Year at the 2018 Tech Founder Awards and Health Entrepreneur finalist at the 2021 Great British Entrepreneurs Awards.

Rebecca Soni: Rebecca is an Olympic Swimmer (3 x Gold / 3 x Silver), and served as Team Captain in her final Olympics in London 2012. She co-founded RISE Athletes in 2015, a virtual Mindset Develop Program for youth athletes, aimed at bringing the conversation of mentality and mental wellness into the game, and creating more holistic athletes.

Maira Holzmann: Maira is committed to the vision of ending the consequences of trauma from being passed on to future generations. As a body-based or somatically trained trauma therapist specializing in helping adults heal from childhood trauma, Maira understands well the importance of including the body as an ally in the healing process. Maira is passionate about a therapeutic touch modality called Coregulating Touch that deeply supports healing the nervous system and healing relational trauma. Maira also runs a group psychotherapy practice called Somatic Therapy Partners (STP) whose focus is on healing the nervous system, nurturing resilience and increasing a client’s healthy connection with their body. At STP, we believe that the mind and body are one and that when mind and body are integrated and regulated, capacity for service and spiritual growth expands. When she’s not ‘therapizing,’ Maira is out playing in the mountains with her amazing family. As a huge nature lover with a passion for adventure, the mountains are where she goes to wander, play, recharge, unplug and wind down.

Marie McGrath: Marie McGrath is an advocate, writer, and educator from Miami, FL. She currently serves as the Executive Director of TextLess Live More, a national awareness campaign tackling distracted driving and digital wellness among the nation’s youth. She is also the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), the Director of Education at Evolving in the Digital Age Consulting, and the co-host of the Spare Time podcast. Marie received her M.F.A. in Poetry from the University of Florida. She currently lives in Washington, D.C.
