I am on a journey to find peace within. I search for moments of calm in nature, cherish simple joys of life in everyday little things, savor peaceful slow living and share my soulful moments with the world. In the midst of today’s race culture, when our heart is hurting or our soul needs healing, when something feels wrong or we just need a place to belong, I believe we can always come home to nature to be healed. In my videos, I blog (vlog) my feelings/emotions, my poetry and even random thoughts that spontaneously come to my mind at the moment. I also try to capture soothing nature sounds and add relaxing music in my videos with an intent to bring some stress relief and peace to your day. In this Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the whole social distancing and lockdown can be very hard on many of us. On top of that, we all have our own problems, anxieties, worries, and griefs that can make us feel lonely and depressed. We are not alone.
