Empower Clinics (CSE: CBDT) Chairman and CEO Steven McAuley and Heritage Cannabis (CSE: CANN) CEO Clint Sharples join Steve Darling from Proactive Vancouver to their 50/50 joint venture that will see Heritage subsidiary Pure Pharma install extraction units and related downstream extraction equipment inside Empower’s existing licenced hemp processing facility in Oregon.
