Host: Welcome to “The Dustin Clutterbuck Show”! I’m your host, Dustin Clutterbuck, a licensed massage therapist and adventure life coach. Today, I am going to cover briefly what to expect on this podcast. We will be diving deep into a variety of topics, from dismantling the woke movement, and the lazy culture that’s infiltrating our daily lives, to uncovering the truth about modern life hacks and the toxic effects of social media, TV, and movies on our social interactions. I am super excited for this podcast. I hope you are too.
I am Dustin Clutterbuck. I am a multi-faceted individual with a unique blend of experiences in multimedia technology, massage therapy and adventure bicycling. These experiences have shaped me into the person I am today, and give me the credibility to discuss these topics in a podcast.
I am passionate about health and wellness and I am driven to share my knowledge and experience with others. As a licensed massage therapist, I have the knowledge and experience to help people to improve their physical and mental well-being. I run a in home private practice and I work for a massage therapy chain.
Additionally, I utilize my background in multimedia technology to create and share valuable content on health wellness and living an adventurous life without having a lot of money. In my free time, I am an avid adventure cyclist. I love to explore the great outdoors and push my limits. I firmly believe in the power of movement and the benefits of an active lifestyle.
I am dedicated to helping others improve their health and well-being. However, I always remind them to consult with their doctor before making any changes to their wellness routine. My unique combination of skills, experiences and background make me an ideal guide for those looking to improve their health and well-being.
Whether it’s through my massage therapy practice, my online content or my cycling adventures, I am always looking for new ways to share my passion for health and wellness with the world.
Iโ€™ll have knowledgeable and interesting guests on the show to chime in and give their feedback on topics. Every show weโ€™ll do a common knowledge quiz segment during the show where Iโ€™ll ask you or my guests questions about wellness and health. Questions I assume everyone should know. Host: Before we get started, I want to take a moment to explain what the woke movement is and how it’s impacting our society. The woke movement is a term used to describe a cultural shift towards greater awareness of social and political issues, particularly issues of race, gender, and sexuality, but often feels like Marxism
While the intent behind the movement is noble, it’s becoming increasingly divisive and polarizing. Our freedoms are disappearing before our eyes as governments implode. I believe it’s important to have an open dialogue about these issues, and always put the Freedom of speech first and let the people decide, but it’s also crucial to remember true progress come from using logic and facts! We need to focus on our shared humanity and find common ground and reestablish a standard of morals, values and practices specifically here in the United States. This is a very common topic that we will touch on briefly as I put out podcasts.Weโ€™ll talk about the lazy culture that’s infiltrating our daily lives. We live in a world where instant gratification is the norm and where people are more likely to take the easy way out. This is leading to a lack of personal responsibility and accountability, and it’s causing us to lose touch with what it means to truly live an authentic and balanced life. This also creates a lazy and weak country and becomes a security. Dosile and easily believe that true #fulfillment comes from putting in the hard work and taking ownership of our lives. It’s important to challenge ourselves and push ourselves out of our comfort zones all the time! Life is not meant to be easy, but it is meant to be lived fully and yet no one should be entitled. Next, we’re going to be discussing the topic of modern life hacks. Technological Conveniences like Order Up, grubb hub and the lazy app industry. These are supposed to make our lives easier and more efficient, but in reality, they’re often just distractions that keep us from living in the present moment and there actually slowing us down. Many of these apps create a false sense of convenience but in reality they are time wasters. We’ll be exploring how to identify and avoid these #toxic shortcuts and how to focus on what really matters in our lives. This includes things like spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing our passions, and taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, while unplugging from tech often. We need to remember that true happiness and fulfillme
