EXERCISE IN COLD WEATHER IS GOOD – USA 2022



Sharing my training in cold weather while I was in Virginia, USA. I noticed that most feel lazy, sleepy, and don’t feel like exercising during cold weather but it’s best to wake up and do some dynamic exercises like power yoga, pushups, skipping rope, squats to cope with cold weather. Just try and I am sure you will be great the whole day. you can do 5 reps of 20 push-ups, 5 reps of 20 squats, 5-10 min of skipping, or simply perform 21rounds of Surya namaskar (this works on overall health and wellbeing).
