Erinda Shah is the Founder and the Managing Director of MHFA India. She has completed her MA in Social Work and has been working since 2000 with various international and national organizations like WHO, UNICEF, ActionAid, The Banyan to mention a few. She is trained as a Psychotherapist by the European Association for Psychotherapy, Viena. She is a National Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

R Anand is SAGE author of “Happiness at Work: Mindfulness, Analysis & Wellbeing” and McGraw Hill author of “Job Readiness for IT and ITES”. he is a principal Consultant & Advisor- HR. he works with CXOs on medium-term projects of high impact. He has contributed to the professional development of HR through his serving on the boards and committees of NHRDN, AIMA and CII. He is also visiting Professor and advisory board member at select business schools.

Dr Rajeshwari Narendran is PhD in Management & MBA, Andrew Towl Scholar- Harvard Business School (GloColl and CWW), Boston, USA & FDP IIM-A 2009. She has the distinction of being the first-ever woman and youngest National President of the Indian Society for Training & Development, New Delhi, India (2013-14). She has the distinction of being the first woman to be elected in any professional body in HR & Management Across Asia.
