The three pillars for health optimization are Diet, Exercise, and Sleep. If any one element is out of alignment, the others suffer. Optimized wellness means engaging in habits that predict both longevity and wellness throughout the lifespan. Some have called this, “health span”.

MISSION
My name is Jerod Killick, founder at Finding My Psych Health and Wellness. Welcome to our community of support and self-discovery. At Finding My Psych, we promote wellness through evidence-based clinical practice and research in Health Psychology & Behavioural Medicine. Through regularly published articles, weekly livestreams, and podcast episodes, we explore the psychological, behavioural, and cultural factors contributing to health and wellness. We believe that lifelong wellness is rooted in regular physical activity, a mindful approach to nutrition, and well managed use or abstinence from substances (e.g., alcohol).
